   Due to the nature of digital data services, all purchases are final once data generation has been completed and delivered.

2. No Refunds
   We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with data accuracy, completeness, or performance outcomes.

3. Exceptions
   Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors resulting in incomplete or duplicate delivery

• Failure to deliver the purchased service

4. Chargebacks
   Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in restriction of future access to the service.
